Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Arcade Distillery LLC ("Arcade Distillery," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit arcadedistillery.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, the topic you select, and the message you write. We also receive anything else you choose to include.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages requested, referring page, and the date and time of the request. This information is used to deliver and secure the Site.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect payment information through the Site.
How we use information
- To respond to your questions, licensing or partnership inquiries, and press requests
- To operate, maintain and secure the Site and prevent spam or abuse
- To understand how the Site is used so we can improve it
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Your browser or our service providers may use limited technical cookies or similar technologies where needed for the Site to function or stay secure. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we add analytics or other tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy.
Service providers and third parties
We use third-party services to run the Site. They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies:
- Netlify hosts the Site and processes contact form submissions.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on the Site. Your browser contacts Google's servers to load them, which means Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.
- Google Workspace provides our email, which is where messages you send us are received and stored.
The Site may also link to other websites and storefronts, including Steam, PlayStation Store, Nintendo eShop and social media platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies when you visit them.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Arcade Distillery, our users or others. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
How long we keep information
We keep messages and contact details only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a reasonable record of our business communications, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Server logs kept by our hosting provider are retained according to that provider's policies.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including HTTPS encryption for the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Economic Area), you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to know what we collect, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International visitors
Arcade Distillery is based in the United States. If you visit the Site from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
